How many times have you gone to an author’s blog to read their ‘woe is me’ tales over bad reviews? I know you’ve seen it here several times from me. Thing is, rarely do we share our favorite reviews. And yes there are many. Since readers have no problem going to the internet and expressing themselves I’m sure you won’t mind me sharing some of my favorite comments for you.
Take a looksie!
The Heist – Review left on Amazon 5 Stars:
Ms. Mynx has done it again with a new Alpha male…Lee Sullivan! I loved this book and can’t wait for the next installment. I thought the character’s were exiting and real and the story was fresh (un like anything i’ve read before) and very detailed without becoming boring. Aiden is still MY ULTIMATE, MOST FAVORED ALPHA TO DATE! I don’t think anyone can ever top the anger, passion, obsessive nature, heat and sheer aggressiveness of Aidan Keane! – Elizabeth, NY

I love the review she left. I laughed hard at the final comment. No one can beat Aiden Keane, huh? I swear the more I introduce new male characters the more readers love Aiden. LOL! I guess I need to stop working on all these new books and just pen something on our bad boy Irishman! He has a fan club I see!
Baby Love “Mel and Tia Trilogy” – Review left on Amazon 5 Stars
I’ve never heard of Sienna Mynx before. I just happened to be reading review of a Brenda Jackson book (another great author) and came across a couple reviews on Ms. Sienna… I must say I purchased an ebook right away. I couldn’t put the book down to sleep it was so good… As soon as I was finished I purchased the second book to Tia and Melvin’s story, then the third.. I couldn’t believe it.. I read all three in three days… Loved them all.. Now I await the third issue to illegal affair.. I am definitely a fan!! – Nataleen Pryce, NY

Wait! Wait! Did she say she found my book after reading a review about the awesome Brenda Jackson? I can’t tell you how much I love her. I met her last year and she was such a sweetheart. She told us she is producing a movie for one of her books. I learned so much from her in that brief meeting. This review made me squeal!
Baby Love “Mel and Tia Trilogy” – Review left on AllRomanceEbooks – 5 Stars
I so loved the Mel and Tia story. While reading all three books I found myself transported to their lives. I so hope the author write another to follow-up with Mel getting his son, along with taking care of the loose ends with the Donnely character. I don’t think Mel has heard or seen the last of him. Since there are twins that run in the Jackson family why not just let Mel and Tia have a set of twin boys to make their complete family. Please consider continuing the installments. Love them. – Lalena

This review caught me off guard. I love when a reader gives me an idea. People love to ask for the next book, but sometimes it’s hard to think of the next tale. She mentioned the Donnely’s, she also mentioned twins, she got my juices flowing. Since I’m doing a print version for all books combined I think I will add a bonus story for the print book that gives a fourth installment to the tale. Thanks Lalena! You rock!
Funny Valentine “Mel and Tia Trilogy” – Review left on AllRomanceEbooks 1 Star
I felt like I was reading an unedited version of a later story to come. The storyline was weak and so was the background of the lead male character. This should have not been released!!! – Virgogirl

I laughed hard at this review. I chuckle now reading it. Most of you have read ‘Funny Valentine’. Like it or not, but ‘Funny Valentine’ is superbly edited. And to say that Melvin or Tia as a character was underdeveloped, well um, yeah right. I noticed that the complaints I received from readers on the ‘Mel and Tia Series’ were based on my choice of first person point of view writing. Some complained the book was grammatically incorrect or just unreadable. Whatever! Ms. Virgogirl, not only is this book one of my best sellers and will continue to be available for purchase, but when I re-release it in print format gonna send you a copy. M’kay? Shoot me your email address hun!
Funny Valentine – “Mel and Tia Trilogy” – Review left on AllRomanceEbooks 3 Stars
The story was cute but the author kept referring to the title of the book through the entire story so it made for a very hard read. – Happy

At first I was confused. I never referred to ‘Funny Valentine’ in the story. Then I downloaded a copy to my IPad. OMG! The ebook conversion had taken the title of the story and repeated it over and over and over between text in paragraphs. It was utter garbage! I quickly replaced the e-book version on the site and uploaded it, however, the damage was done. Thank you so much Happy for your review because I would have never known. If you’re out there. Please drop me a line. I will give you a clean copy of the story and put you on my short mailing list to get a free copy of the print book! *Muah*

My eyes nearly jumped out of my head. I wrote the second book thinking it was the end. This was the first review to say, okay what’s next! I loved how she said the book made her holler. There was so much drama in this story I thought the readers would be fed up with me. I was so happy that even after the draining read you wanted more. Now I just got to figure out how to get Aiden to behave in book 3. Lord help me.
There are a ton of reviews I love on Daisy’s Choice. In fact I love each and every one. I plan to comb through some more and do a part two to this blog post. For now, this was fun. I love you guys! Keep reading and I’ll writing until they drop me in my grave! *Smooches*

Yes I too am going to need a third installment of Daisy/Aiden/Pete.I think Pete and Daisy need to learn the truth about Amy. And at first Pete might not believe it but he can be uncle Pete. I love the Aiden character because if you don’t pay attention to him or you think about what he’s done you don’t notice the growth that he has actually gone through.
The remark about Funny Valentine about the non character development was funny only because in the short amount of time I think Mel and Tia are so developed that they pull the reader in to wanting more from them. You want to see how Tia and Mel handle parenthood since Tia was all about business and even during her pregnancy still had business on the brain. You want to see if she struggled going back to work and leaving her butterball baby Nicole. You want to see how Mel is with the little girl that he called a boy all through the story and you basically want to see Tia’s family involved. I agree with the reviewer that talked about the Donnelly’s because during the last installment for some reason I thought wheel chairman was going to pop up.
Thanks for sharing the good and the not so good reviews
